Gear Categories:  Raw ~ Classic Raw ~ Single Ply

Age Categories:  Open ~ Junior (by age group) ~ Sub-Master ~ Master (by age group)

Lifter Limit:  200 per day

Regarding Weight Class Changes, please note:

When you register for a weight class, you must plan to lift in that weight class.  Per the rule book, you can move up one weight class given:

  1. Your qualifying total meets the requirements for the higher weight class

  2. There is room in the meet for you to move considering not only day but flights as well

  3. If you cannot be accommodated at the higher weight class, you can lift as a guest lifter.  Guest lifters cannot place or set records.

Your current registration does not entitle you to move down a weight class. Per the rule book, you can only move up not down.  If you would like to move down a weight class, you would need to do the following:

  1. Enter a qualifying meet at the lower weight class and obtain the qualifying total at that new weight class within the qualifying period.

  2. If there is space available at the lower weight class, you will need to re-register for the meet at the lower weight class.  Your prior registration will be forfeited with no refunds or transfers.

  3. If the meet for the area you are attempting to register for is full and on a wait list, you will be placed on the weight list.

Gear Category, please note:

Your gear category must match the gear category of your qualifying meet or in a "more supportive gear category" as long as you have achieved the qualifying total in that category even though you may have qualified in a "less supportive gear category". See table below:
