Brian's professional fitness journey started in 2010 as a personal trainer. Shortly after he moved into the corporate wellness industry working for Honda in Marysville, OH, working with employees to increase productivity, decrease injuries, and promote health and wellness among the workforce. He enjoyed helping his clients by inspiring them to become healthier and physically fit but felt something was missing.
He knew that traditional training methods and 30-day weight loss programs were not the key to long-term success and wanted to get behind a program that promotes a lifetime of health and fitness. That's when he found CrossFit in 2012.
Brian was immediately inspired by the CrossFit methodology, community, and program. Since then, he has trained and promoted CrossFit wholeheartedly and truly believes that this is the way to train for anyone trying to become fit and healthy. He has specifically taken an interest in programming and is the lead programmer for CLC. His style closely resembles the work of CrossFit legend Chris Spealler and OG Pat Sherwood "constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements."
