Welcome to the

CLC Crossfit!

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity. But what does that mean? When you come to a CrossFit class, you will have a coach teaching you new skills and leading you through an hour class. You will train to improve:

  • Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance

  • Stamina

  • Strength

  • Flexibility

  • Power

  • Speed

  • Coordination

  • Agility

  • Balance

  • Accuracy

Each WOD will have a warm-up, a skill or strength, and a METCON or metabolic conditioning piece. The coach will be with you through each part of your hour class. You will also learn ways to modify movements to specifically work for you. Everything is scaleable with CrossFit so that you can obtain the most effective intensity level. It does not matter your fitness level, you will always have a great workout! The best part is that everyone in the class will be doing the same workout, so you will not be alone!
