Drop-In Policy

CrossFit
If you would like to drop-in to a CrossFit class we ask that you:

Have at least 6 months of CrossFit experience (understand common movements and know how to scale appropriately)

Let us know which class you plan on attending. Contact us here

Come 15 minutes early to fill out a waiver and so we can get to know you or click the drop-in waiver link below
Drop-in fee is $20

Strength
The Powerlifting/Strength portion of our gym is now private. We do not accept drop-ins. Members are allowed to bring guest. The drop-in fee for guest of members is $20

Note: Rates also apply to guest of members for the Powerlifting/Strength side of the gym.
